Join a well-established Condo Management Company certified as a "Great Place to Work" several years in a row.

The role provides seamless customer service to the residents and board members.

Essential functions:

  • Draft communications and documents for management, residents, and board members
  • Manages on-going, incoming communications
  • Maintains condominium documents; contracts, regulations, phasing, violations, and all related correspondence
  • Provides administrative and customer support to Property Manager including; coordination of monthly meetings, facilitating maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and unit owner requests
  • Provides administrative support to residents during the sale and/or refinancing of unit(s) and modification requests/approvals
  • Business partner to Property Managers and board of directors, advocate for residents Database management for property
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Background, Skills, and Abilities

  • Similar experience in a fast-paced environment and a two-year degree preferred strong communication skills (both written and oral)High levels of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Must be able to build strong relationships at all levels: team members, site staff, residents, and board members
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in property management databases would be a plus
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
