Client Services Strategy and Operations Program Specialist

The Strategy and Operations Program Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring success on strategic priorities for the Client Services organization. Working with senior leaders and stakeholders, the Program Specialist will use their organization, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive operational focus and priority throughout the Client Services team.

Your impact

  • Document, track, and communicate progress on key Client Services priorities including OKRs, KPIs, and key strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate key components of the Client Services operations cadence including, leadership forums, business reviews, and strategy offsites.
  • Work with senior leaders to prepare key status updates for regular executive reviews.
  • Execute the Client Services communication plan including the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters and facilitation of department all-hands meetings.
  • Organize logistics of major Client Services team events including annual kick-off, custom conference, and other department-wide events.

What You Bring

  • Plans, organizes, schedules and forecasts in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities. Able to effectively manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Able to work well with people inside and outside of the organization. Builds appropriate rapport and constructive and effective relationships.
  • Able to effectively communicate what we are doing and why we are doing it with an intuitive ability to adjust messages for the audience.
  • Able to distill data down to key information that enables great decision making. Tells a compelling story using data.

Must have

  • Experience successfully planning and overseeing projects from ideation to completion.
  • Experience presenting to and facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise with G-suite tools (Slides and Sheets specifically).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree with business or operations focused major.
  • 3 to 5 years in operationally focused role.
  • 1 to 2 years of SaaS industry experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $72,000-$108,000.

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
