Job Description
Associa is currently looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our Rhome team in Wilmington, NC. TheClient Services Specialistplays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for a professional property management company.This multifaceted position involves managing the reception area, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The Client Services Specialist will maintain office functionality, and serve as a liaison between clients, residents, and internal departments. The Client Services Specialist is responsible for upholding high service standards, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the company's operations. The Client Services Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining a professional and efficient office environment, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and contributing to the success of the property management company.

How will you make an impact?
The Client Services Specialist helps the company grow by:
- Answer incoming email inquiries
- Assist incoming calls and walk- in traffic
- Show properties to prospective tenants when needed
- Assist with new tenant move ins
- Assist vendors checking out keys
- Assist our showing agents, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Oversee daily mail distribution (post mail, take outgoing mail to box, sort and deliver incoming mail, maintain postage meter supplies and funds)
- Deliver and install property yard signs as needed
- Photograph and/or video properties as needed
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong organization skills
- Strong self-initiative but capable of collaborating in a group setting
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage various tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems
