What will I do?
Reporting to the Assistant Regional Director, as a Client Services Representative you will provide high-level customer service support for external clients and internal management under general supervision. This is a full time, non-exempt/hourly position.
Essential Functions
- Supports and assists incoming client/vendor/internal calls, etc. on a day-to-day basis.
- Effectively and efficiently addresses concerns from homeowners
- Answers telephone, screens calls, transfers callers to voice mail or takes messages to facilitate communications and contacts. Logs all calls into the system
- Maintains knowledge of key clients and contacts
- Interacts on a daily basis with homeowners, other residents, vendors, etc. that come into the office
- Maintains files, reports and related communications (hard copy and/or electronic)
- Researches and provides informational materials for returned mail and logs each item in the system on a daily basis
- Assists with the daily mail including opening, date stamping and sorting into the appropriate mailbox
- Runs appropriate postage for mail daily
- Distributes faxes to the appropriate mailbox daily
- Assists with office items including supplies, Xerox toners/drums, service calls, etc.
- Accept and handle client payments that come into the office and provide receipt of payment
- Sets up and arranges meetings, facilities and accommodations as required
- Writes professional e-mails as required
- Proofreads and edits materials to ensure high-quality communications
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Skills And Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
- Excellent data entry skills
- Shows initiative and needs minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Physical Effort Required
- Required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift or move 10-20 lbs.
Compensation details: 17-18 Hourly Wage
