We do not require prior experience as we have our own education company that will provide you with an industry leading education foundation. The initial education will take one year, and you will be an industry expert in three years. You will also have mentors assigned to provide real-life support to advance your skill set. The education in property management will serve you well in future roles in our company or in your external career progression.

Job Description
Are you happy spending part of your week driving through neighborhoods looking for compliance issues? This position directly inspects homes for compliance by driving through neighborhoods Spectrum serves in the area. These drives are driven with your own vehicle through communities in Midland and Odessa area. We do pay mileage for the use of your own vehicle. This would be approximately 2 days of your week.
Are you comfortable helping frustrated homeowners? In this role, you may need to de-escalate and resolve conflicts with difficult or upset homeowners. We offer training on how to effectively deal with these situations.
Other Responsibilities
- Administrative duties in the office when not out driving the neighborhoods.
- Work with homeowners regarding various issues involving compliance, improvement requests, and resolution of those issues and requests
- Receive Homeowner payments, answer billing questions, order office supplies, and following up on outstanding issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries by first understanding the inquiry, then reviewing previous similar inquiries and responses, researching other information, assembling the information, forwarding the information to the customer, and verifying that the customer understands
- Continually increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, and read and understand governing documents of each homeowner’s association
- Attend board meetings when necessary.
- Answer internal and external emails

Requirements
For this position, you must have a valid drivers’ license, auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and a good driving record. We do not require experience in our industry, but we highly value initiative and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge
- Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and iPad.
- Understand how to enter data into databases
