Child Watch Supervisor

The Child Watch Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our on-site, short-term child-care facility.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Managing child watch attendants
• Making sure operations of the child-care facility run smoothly
• Handling any issues with professionalism and a sense of urgency
• Keeping children in our care safe and engaged
• Ensuring the play area is clean and well maintained
• Greeting residents and guests
• Offering excellent customer service as kids are dropped off and picked up
• Assisting homeowners and visitors that enter the facility

What We’re Looking For

• An outgoing, customer-focused personality it a must!
• Previous childcare and supervisory experience
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-sufficiency and reliability
• Flexibility with weekend and evening availability
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
