Business Systems Analyst

Our Business Systems Analyst is responsible for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our core IT services.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Responsible for working with stakeholders to assess business requirements
• Translate requirements into technical specifications
• Implement and support enterprise software applications and integrations
• Assess release scope and business requirements deliverables to identify system impacts
• Work collaboratively with vendors and colleagues to analyze problems and propose recommended solutions to meet both business and technical needs
• Ensure the maintenance of adequate software systems documentation
• Provide technical assistance and training to users of systems
• Conduct impact analysis and recommends follow-through actions
• Build, develop and grow relationships with business users, outside business partners and other stakeholders in order to establish trust and provide a foundation for high level partnership

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Five plus years of experience as a business systems analyst or equivalent
• Experience with customer-facing applications
• Highly motivate, self-directed and results driven
• Ability to perform job functions in an independent manner
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze problems, explain solutions and present technical solutions to end users in a non-technical manner
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as necessary
• One or more nationally recognized certifications or designations (PMP, PBA or similar)
• Two years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI, two plus years of Microsoft Azure and/or Server (2016, 2019)
• Two plus years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (SQL, T-SQL, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS) is preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
