What You’ll Do

Drive usage of Online Payables with our customers to support the growth and margin goals of the business line in support of the overall SPF (Screening, Payments, Folioguard) team.

Partner with internal teams building and improving processes to impact customer adoption of AppFolio’s online payables product during the life of the customer journey.

Help build and create the value proposition of online payables to our customers and ensure that all client facing teams have awareness and access to all available Online Payables resources and that the teams are focused on the biggest opportunities of customer impact.

Manage projects and initiatives across a variety of areas of the business that support the Quarterly and Annual goals of the Online Payables business. Projects will be a mix of collaborative and individual contributions.

Support client facing teams as part of the escalation chain. Ensure that partner teams are always given the information and collaboration they need to make each customer experience as positive as possible.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across different audiences. Great story-teller/influencer. Comfortable working with senior leaders, working across teams/functions
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills in both primary and secondary team settings.
• Self Starter: Has a natural curiosity and is willing to explore topics and look for insights without explicit direction.
• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of profit and loss statement (revenue, expenses and margin)
• Knowledge of Online Payables product use cases
  
  

Must-Haves

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1-3 years in business line operations or similar experience
• Proficient using Salesforce, especially reporting
• Excellent knowledge of Excel to analyze data and create report
