Job Description
Job Summary: The BDC is responsible for driving an efficient sales process by optimizing sales activities in CRM and assisting our business development team in creating new opportunities and growing the business. Focuses on the “Find”. Activities will include CRM data entry, sales analytics, lead generation, email prospecting, customer proposals and prospect engagement tracking.
Location: Elk Grove Office/Chicago
Daily Activities & Responsibilities
- Create engagement with leads provided by the marketing team
- Create new opportunities for the business development team
- Identify the needs of opportunities in passive pipeline and help move them to active.
- Create and establish effective relationships with prospects via email and phone
- Ensure optimal utilization and accuracy of CRM and all its data
- Potentially creates proposals using CRM automation, InDesign templates
- Maintain all short proposal templates in InDesign up to date
- Execute the sales methodology on all proposals & lead interactions
- Utilize PowerBI to provide insights to the Sales Operations Lead and BDD’s
- Identify common pain points and share insights with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Business Development
- Participate in monthly marketing & execution calls.
- Utilizing effective communication tools with our brand voice and sales methodology
- Overcome lead objections by asking the right questions and providing value.
