Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Business Developer Manager in San Diego, CA.The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing expectations and developingbusiness solutions for their organizations. The Business Development Managers are in charge of creating effective business plans togenerate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction. Some of theirmain duties include brainstorming with other business development staff to define the scope of theproject, review requirements, and approve timeframes.

Base salary $90,000-95,000 depending on experience. This position also has a commission structure.

Requirements

5 – 7 years of sales or closely related experience

3 – 5 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
