Associa is currently looking for a Business Developer Manager to join our T-Square Properties branch in Bothell, WA.The Business Development Specialist is directly responsible for all marketing and business development of residential rental activity in the branch. They are also responsible for working with all prospective clients and lead sources, including, but not limited to association boards, the real estate community, association employees.

Compensation:
$65,5000 plus Commission
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Business Development efforts in market, including but not limited to:
- Setting and achieving annual business development goals and holding weekly meetings to discuss progress
- Building and maintaining a Community Association Manager referral network
- Includes:
- Attending regular CAM meetings (in group and one-on-one) and presenting Rental value proposition;
- When invited by CAM, presenting Rental value proposition to boards and board presidencies;
- Supporting community events to promote rental brand
- Building and maintaining a Realtor Referral network
- Calling/Emailing identified landlords in our managed associations and offering rental services
- Weekly meetings with Regional Operations Manager to review business development efforts
- Other initiatives and activities as prescribed by Branch Management
Requirements
- 3+ years Property Management Industry experience;
- Real Estate License required;
- College Degree preferred;
- Significant Business Development and Service Delivery experience;
