Essential Functions:
- Exercises excellent judgement and always displays a high level of discretion
- Assists in maintaining the President's calendar
- Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holing accountable a team of 3-4 Association Coordinators responsible for execution of administrative tasks
- Manage all systems pertaining to database management, information management, and client support
- Responsible to, organization of and completion of various email and client communications.
- Various support of operations, including scanning paperwork into electronic memory, preparing requests for proposals, electronic scheduling of recurring department events, etc.
- Standardize forms and correspondence electronically.
- Development of employee trainings and process manuals.
- Prepares the agenda, gathers supporting documents, arranges catering, coordinates guests, for Department meetings
- Tracks all action items that arise from meetings and sees them through to completion
- Oversees and coordinates division specific training programs
- Prepares and mails contract renewals to our clients
- Delivers excellent customer service when handling client complaints and can appropriately triage, resolve, or escalate issues
- Collects Company credit card receipts, reconciles statements, and ensures all necessary information is submitted to Accounts Payable
- Maintains ARE documents on Company-shared Intranet
- Models the Company's Core Values for client and other associates
- Perform other duties as assigned, within reason and relevance to the job.
