Building Maintenance Technician/Janitorial – Poinciana Villages

Job Profile

Overview of Role:

Responsible for the maintenance and janitorial services of all property owned/leased buildings, as well as performing any necessary durties in those areas.

What will you be doing? (Some of your main responsibilities include):

• Performs minor carpentry and plumbing repairs to our buildings.
• Work well in a team or individual environment
• Repairs to drywall, replace light fixtures
• Assist with renovation projects
• Inspection and required maintenance to all playground equipment
• Clean kitchen including stoves, refrigerators and other appliances
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly and safely
• Collect trash from offices, pool area, events, and where needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax and buff floors.
• Clean windows and doors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals both orally and written.
• Comply with all policies
• Other duties as assigned.
