Job Description
Associa is an industry leader in community association management, and we are looking for a talented Branch Community Director to support the Associa Carolinas branch.
The Branch Community Director is responsible for managing community operations at the branch level. This role acts as a communication liaison between branch leaders and community managers, focusing on various aspects such as training, policy and procedures, financial services, community engagement, and best practices. This role would play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between different levels of management and community-focused teams.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide oversight for community management operations of the branch.
Establish positive relationships with board of directors, community managers and support staff, and other vendors at branch level.
Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branchlevel for community focused operations.
Training liaison for community managers and community support roles.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge of general accounting principles at a proficient level.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an proficient level.
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
5 – 7 years of Community Association or directly related experience
