Job Summary

Responsible for the oversight of the on-site accounting functions including Association, F&B, and Golf activities, as well as maintaining the property Standard Operating Procedures. This would include but not limited to the daily cash monitoring, sales reporting; inventory procedures, providing all necessary month end reports to the general ledger team, preparation of key reporting as well as general support and guidance to the on-site team. The Property Controller will play a key role in assisting the General Manager and departmental leadership in achieving department goals by providing various analysis including budget to actual variance reporting and key metric comparisons, standard and ad hoc reports as well as financial statement review. This integral role serves as the key liaison between on-site operations and the financial services team.
