Job Description
Associa is looking for a Billing and Reporting Analyst to join our Associa Advantage & Coming Home Media team to facilitate and execute billing and reporting for partners in program.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Review ledgers to identify partner spend by partner and by Branch
- Develop and distribute partner and Branch spend reports
- Create and distribute invoices
- Manage internal allocation of Branch incentives
- Manage quarterly scorecard for Branches
- Process new contracts and sales
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Address partner complaints and questions
- Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
- Assist with partner account reconciliations
- Prepare and present analytical reports
- Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
- Resolve any issues or mistakes
Requirements
QUALIFCIATIONS
- High proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Strongroom, C3, Citrix preferred
- Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
- Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
- Excellent communication ability
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/BA in accounting or similar field is preferred
- Analytical – synthetize complex and diverse information, collects and researches data, uses experience to complement data
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
- 3-5+ years accounting experience or Finance
- Excellent organizational skills for handling workload with attention to detail
- Excellent decision making, problem solving and communication skills
