Bartender

Enjoy working at a brand new, state of the art facility. $18 to $20 per hour based on experience. Hourly rate reflects compensation for the fact that this is a cashless, private membersship, no-tipping facility. Compensation is not dependent on volume of business or tips.

• ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (May include some or all of the following as applicable)

•  

  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks
  • Memorize and present menus
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulation

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:

Food Handlers Certification/Safe Staff Certification. NOT mandatory, we can train

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work fast, effectively and stay focused under pressure
• Understanding of basic kitchen sanitation
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time

Language requirements:

Fluent in English as a primary language
