BANKING SPECIALIST – HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

 

HOAMCO is seeking a Banking Specialist for a full-time position reporting to the CFO and/or Controller in our office in Prescott, AZ. The Banking Specialist will work under the daily supervision of our Banking Liaison to manage the funds of our HOA associations. This is an on-site Full-Time employment opportunity.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of recent banking experience is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have effective oral and written communication skills to professionally communicate with all internal departments and to our business-savvy HOA customers.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, meet deadlines, and be task oriented.
  • Moderate Excel skills – Ability to proficiently and expediently sort, navigate and analyze data.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Communicate with clients regarding their banking needs.
  • Open and close client bank accounts, facilitate changes in account signers.
  • Initiate bank/reserve transfers, research banking transactions including homeowner payments.
  • Assist with client CD/CDARS purchases, process wires, place stops on checks.
  • Assist accountants with filing of client income tax returns.
