BANKING LIAISON – HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)
HOAMCO is seeking a Banking Liaison for a full-time position reporting to the Controller in our office in Prescott, AZ. Qualifications
3+ years of progressive banking knowledge and recent experience
Solid understanding of accounting, ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
Advanced Excel skills – Ability to proficiently and expediently sort, navigate and analyze data
Job Responsibilities
Communicate with client’s regarding their banking needs
Open and close client bank accounts, facilitate changes in account signers
Initiate bank/reserve transfers, research banking transactions including homeowner payments
Assist with client CD/CDARS purchases, process wires, place stops on checks
Prepare client property tax combinations and coordinate property tax payments
Coordinate and facilitate filing of client income tax returns
