Qualifications 3+ years of progressive banking knowledge and recent experience Solid understanding of accounting, ideal candidate will have hands-on experience Advanced Excel skills – Ability to proficiently and expediently sort, navigate and analyze data Job Responsibilities Communicate with client’s regarding their banking needs Open and close client bank accounts, facilitate changes in account signers Initiate bank/reserve transfers, research banking transactions including homeowner payments Assist with client CD/CDARS purchases, process wires, place stops on checks Prepare client property tax combinations and coordinate property tax payments Coordinate and facilitate filing of client income tax returns ALL HOAMCO Employees Possess Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company Ability to prioritize tasks while handling interruptions as part of the routine Strong team player, takes the initiative to help out and assist others when needed Highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others Strong sense of, and high standard for customer service An enthusiastic, professional and positive demeanor Integrity and credibility All Candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests.
