Job Description

TheBank Coordinator & Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing all bank activities and cash related functions.

Daily responsibilities:

• Open /close bank / investment accounts.
• Update signature cards.
• Update investment accounts.
• POC for banks.
• Scan checks.
• Initiate ACH Transfers.
• Help resolve homeowners’ payment issues.
• Download and scan monthly bank statements.
• Prepare and publish the investment rates at the beginning of each month.
• File the investment charge back to Corporate Controller.
• Help prepare the year end Allowance for Doubtful Accounts.
• Backup for AP emergency checks.
• And other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
• Basic knowledge in proper banking principles, practices, and procedures.
• Attention detail, organized, and double checks work to minimize errors.
• Self-motivated and proactive with prioritization and time management skills.
• Team player and customer service oriented.
