Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week, flexible schedule.
$25 an hour

Bay Creek at Cape Charles is hiring an Association Support Specialist on a part time, temp to hire basis.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week, flexible schedule.
$25 an hour
Daily responsibilities:
- Monitor association’s website, TownSq, for requests and complaints and follow-up with owners, as appropriate.
- Respond to both the owners that post requests and/or complaints, as well as the alleged offenders/violators. Document communications, as appropriate.
- Conduct, coordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and/or common area and arrange appropriate follow-up actions, as required.
- Conduct, coordinate and/or oversee CCI (Covenant Compliance Inspections) for all resales.
- Conduct, coordinate and/or oversee community CC&R violation inspections of member lots within assigned association.
- Notify responsible parties of violation issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
- Respond to and investigate allegations of violations to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
- Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
- Assist management team with requests for proposals, repair quotes, and maintaining insurance notification lists.
- Assist onsite management team with other administrative duties and projects, as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
