Associate Manager, Customer Training

What you’ll do:

The Associate Manager, Customer Training will partner with the Sr. Manager, Training & Enablement to lead the Customer Training Manager team, focused on efficient role processes and alignment to the training strategy for Client Services. The Associate Manager, Customer Training will coach and develop an engaged team by emphasizing a high-quality, highly efficient training program while equipping the team to meet their monthly training goals.

  • Launch our paid training offering by partnering with Onboarding, Client Services, and Customer Success & Growth leadership to ensure content and delivery are highly effective and aligned to the overall customer journey.
  • Oversee team performance and prioritization of work with the training assignment process and through continued mentorship to encourage growth in training methodologies.
  • Review individual team members’ weekly and monthly performance to provide coaching and candid feedback.
  • Using a data driven approach, evolve the APM customer training strategy and paid training offerings.

  • Organization and Planning - Organized and effective in task management. Focuses on key priorities and manages time well.
  • Presentation - Ability to present and or facilitate to a wide variety of audiences in a prepared for and professional manner.
  • Approachable & Professional - Always has a positive attitude and is willing to help others; executes responsibilities with a level-head and is a polished leader.
  • Initiative - Acts without being given direction to make sure important tasks are completed. Proactively looks for ways to improve team member performance, internal processes, and the overall customer experience.
  • Teamwork - Reaches out to peers and cooperates with other leaders to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years experience with training content development and program management
  • Highly organized and motivated with the ability to manage several open projects at a time
  • Demonstrated success building effective partnerships and managing relationships at all levels
