What we are looking for:

We are hiring an Associate IT Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for all IT helpdesk needs within the Dallas office. You will also be responsible for new hire equipment setup, coordinating employee hardware requests and upgrades, and ensuring that walk-ups and basic ticket requests are handled promptly. You will work within a small team and together, will support the Dallas office. This is an in person position and will require being in the Dallas office daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on with every aspect of our technical operations
  • Audiovisual support of company and department meetings
  • Maintain inventory of company assets and equipment
  • Setup new employees and coordinate employee moves
  • Perform hands-on configuration of equipment (Mac, PC, Monitors, Phones)
  • Troubleshoot and maintain all hardware associated with end-user computing including printers, workstations, and phones
  • Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation
  • Inspect and maintain conference rooms

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience troubleshooting basic computer issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a cheerful demeanor
  • Excellent and creative problem solving skills. You don’t need to know everything but you need to know how to find the solution.
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and willing to: teach, learn and be a generalist

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Okta, Google Workspace, AV equipment, computer hardware, Macintosh computers in a corporate environment
  • Ticketing systems and documentation

Compensation & Benefits

The base hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $22.00-$28.00

The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
