This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000-$48,000. - Prior experience working with HOAs/Condo Associations is highly preferred.
 - Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 - Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property management software.
 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
 - Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for association events or emergencies.
 
Responsibilities
- Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the association property.
 - Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
 - Manage resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
 - Ensure compliance with association rules and regulations.
 - Assist in budget planning and financial management.
 - Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
 - Assist in organizing and facilitating association meetings.
 - Maintain accurate records of correspondence, contracts, and financial transactions.
