Job Summary:
The Assistant Property Manager is directly responsible for all tenant interaction and helping oversee the physical assets managed by the Las Vegas branch rental division.
Responsibilities Include:
- Interacting with tenants, owners, prospects, applicants and agents by phone, email and software interaction in a professional and organized manner
- Managing rent collections, delinquency postings, and collections activities
- Overseeing internal systems to stay organized, share team data to maintain job transparency and stay focused on achieving company goals
- Maintaining filing, databases, spreadsheets, etc.
- Overseeing work orders, maintenance calls, follow up, and invoicing
- MLS date entry & website marketing
- Assisting with all other branch activities with special projects and other assigned tasks when needed
- Occasional work in the field, i.e. placing lockboxes on vacant properties
Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and other similar computer programs. Experience with AppFolio preferred.
- Able to use various software packages and visual aids to produce accurate documents, presentation material, charts, graphics etc.
- Background in Single Family Residential or Multifamliy Management is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks day to day
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Should possess a strong aptitude to problem solve
