ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

 

HOAMCO is seeking to hire an Assistant Community Manager for our Trilogy at Redmond Ridge community. Trilogy is a prestigious resort community with over 1,500 homes in Redmond Washington. This is an hourly position that requires strong customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving skills and professionalism while attending Board meetings and working with our valued members.

 

This onsite position works with Management Staff, the volunteer Board of Directors, Committee Members, HOAMCO and other assigned staff, as necessary, to conduct administrative management of the homeowners association (HOA). The Assistant Community Manager will actively support community values, vision, and philosophies while demonstrating a style of communication with professional warmth and courtesy that allows residents’ needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction. This hourly position is onsite at the community, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years residential property management experience desired
  • Experience working with homeowner associations is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech savvy with computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
  • Ability to identify and assess problems and determine appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic, professional and position demeanor
  • Ability to work independently yet operate as a team
  • Ability to adapt in a changing workplace
  • Posses integrity and credibility

 

Job Duties

 

  • First point of contact for members and guests for walk-ins, telephone calls and email correspondence.
  • Supporting the General Manager and assist Management Team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Community.
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Association Board of Directors, Committee Members and Community Members
  • Attend Board meetings and committee meetings as requested
  • Attend all of HOAMCO's appropriate training classes, meetings, and seminars.
  • Participation in the completion of Board of Directors Packets and Agendas per the direction of the Management team
  • Knowledge/Familiarity with applicable State and Federal regulations and governing documents of the homeowners association.
