Job Description

Richmond West End HOA seeks an experienced and creative Assistant Manager to develop, organize and coordinate community events, manage pool operations and generate a monthly e-newsletter. Should be experienced in the recreation field with strong administrative practices to include writing and organizational skills. Will be second in command for the small office and responsible for all duties when Community Manager is away.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. 
Knowledge of event trends for all age groups and lifestyles. 
Knowledge of the role of the Association Board, the Community Manager, and how those roles interface with the requests of homeowners. 
Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level. 
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. 
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.) at a stellar level. 
Self-motivated, outgoing, proactive, keen eye for details and a team player. 
Time management and prioritization skills.
