Responsibilities

The Assistant Community Association Manager (ACAM) assists in the management of daily operations of community associations delivering professional services and exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the service level agreement, and in alignment with the company’s guiding principles.

Responsibilities:

Seeking an ACM to work alongside the Community Manager on a portfolio of approximately 6 properties within San Diego.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and responding to incoming calls and emails for the properties within the portfolio,
  • Submitting work orders to approved vendors and monitoring status of the work orders
  • Communicating with the owners,
  • Processing architectural applications,
  • Coordinating architectural review process between owners and Committees,
  • Maintaining keys/decal logs, uploading general documents to HOA files,
  • Preparing board meeting packets, taking meeting minutes,
  • Overseeing calendar for HOA,
  • Record and track violations inspections,
  • Maintaining logs for HOA
  • Plus any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00 to $24.00 hour based on education and experience
