Job Description
Associa is currently looking for a Part Time Assistant Community Association Manager to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The Part Time Assistant Community Association Manager oversees the association's recreation center and common area amenities and makes sure that everything is in working order including indoor and outdoor pool. Hours may vary, and sometimes this job requires the recreation manager to be on call to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
Part Time 20 hours per week.Tuesday - 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday – 9 am to Noon, Friday – 9 am to 5 pm.

How will you make an impact?
The Part Time Assistant Community Association Manager helps the company grow by:
- Manage recreation manager vendors to deliver maintenance and operations services.
- Manage facilities budget and project planning tasks.
- Hire and direct contracted service providers associated with facility maintenance and operations.
- Develop policies and procedures for the use of supplies and facilities.
- Manage the recreation monitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of HVAC, including codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
