Job Description
The Assistant Community Manager provides support to the Community Manager onsite.
Daily responsibilities:
- Meet and greet homeowners, members of the board, visitors, residents, vendors and subcontractors
- Manage email and correspondence to homeowners and BOD
- Assemble board meeting packages and attend board meetings
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections
- Walk property to ensure exterior buildings are well maintained and there are no violations
- Assist with the architectural review forms and process
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required;Associates Degree Required;Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Experience in property management, HOA, apartment, or leasing.
- Knowledge of the role of the association board, the Community Association Manager, and howthose roles interface with the requests of homeowners.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.),communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Service driven, team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, attention to details.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills; assertive.
