AR/Resale Coordinator
Location: Rise AMG Corporate Office
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (additional hours as needed)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AR/Resale Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely processing of closing documents for condominium and townhome unit owners. The ideal candidate will work closely with title companies, realtors, attorneys, and property managers to facilitate seamless property transactions while maintaining accurate homeowner records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process resale certificates, statements of account, and condo questionnaires.
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and property managers to provide required closing details.
- Assist with collections, updating account histories, and communicating with attorneys.
- Maintain and update homeowner records, including processing address changes and ownership transfers.
- Send welcome packets to new owners.
- Handle resident account inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide inbound customer service and general office support.
- Scan checks, post batches, and process resale and closing transactions.
- Serve as a backup for the AR/Billing Coordinator as needed.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Experience: 1-3 years in title processing, mortgage, property collections, or HOA management.
- Skills: Strong customer service, data entry, and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Majority of work will be seated, but requires standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day.
