Job Description
Architectural Review Coordinator
Job Description: Implements and Maintains architectural review process for Home Owners
Associations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Accepts and processes ARC/ARB applications for HOA association and communicates
findings
Provides information by answering homeowner questions relating to ARC/ARB and
escalates questions that require attention from management
Inspects property for compliance
Maintains and updates photos and files in Software as well as hard copies
Coordinates with Manager and the Board/Committee on scheduling of meetings
Creates agendas, attends, and takes minutes for all ARC/ARB meetings
Represents the company and communities by maintaining a professional and positive
appearance and demeanor while working
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and communicating
and coordinating with staff members
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently
Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented
Must have a reliable form of transportation
Must have a valid NC/SC driver’s license
Must pass a background check and drug test
Construction Administration Experience Is Required
Experience in ARB/ARC a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push,
pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, climb, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.
