Job Description: Implements and maintains architectural review process for a Home Owners Association.
This position is located in Brunswick County, NC.

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, climb, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Description
Job Description: Implements and maintains architectural review process for a Home Owners Association.
This position is located in Brunswick County, NC.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Accepts and processes ARC/ARB applications for HOA association and communicates findings
- Provides information by answering homeowner questions relating to ARC/ARB and escalates questions that require attention from management
- Inspects property for compliance
- Maintains and updates photos and files in Software as well as hard copies
- Coordinates with Manager on scheduling of meetings
- Represents the company and communities by maintaining a professional and positive appearance and demeanor while working
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and communicating and coordinating with staff members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must have a valid SC driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Construction Administration experience is required
- Experience in ARB/ARC a plus but not required
