We are seeking a collaborative and organized Architectural Request Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and leads with professionalism and humility. Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute are required. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, and a competitive hourly wage of $18.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Review homeowner submitted architectural request forms and attached supporting documents for completeness that are submitted via USPS Mail, Email or via the Homeowners Portal.
  • Enter architectural request into CityCync for the Community Manager to review and validate.
  • Once approved or rejected by the Community Manager, either process the request and send the request to the Community’s Architectural Committee/Board or return the request to the homeowner requesting they resubmit their request with the additional information required to process the request.
  • Enter, when necessary, and track the Architectural Committee/Board responses.
  • Follow up with the Community Manager, when necessary, when additional information is required to complete the architectural process. (i.e. Committee/Board has not cast votes in a timely manner, mixed votes are received from the Committee/Board Members, etc.).
  • Once the Architectural Committee/Board has cast their votes, send the appropriate Approval, Conditional Approval or Denial letter to the requesting homeowner(s).
  • Regularly check mailbox for architectural requests that are mailed to or physically dropped off at CPMC's office.
  • Check and respond to all emails that come in.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal skills, able to type at least 30 words a minute.
  • Organized and the ability to multi-task.
