ARC (Retired) Architect (Part-Time) – HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

HOAMCO is seeking a Retired Architect who will work under general supervision of the Executive Director of Architectural Services. The Architect will review all new construction plans and modification submittals. This position is responsible for ensuring developers and homeowners adhere to and understand Architectural Guidelines. This position acts as a liaison between the ARC department and Communities.

This part-time position will be 15-20 Hours, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Qualifications:

  • Retired Architect (Preferably Still Licensed)

Job Duties:

  • Review new construction and modification plans for approval.
  • Communicate plan review notes to ARC Administrators as required.
  • Attend and participate in review meetings as scheduled.
  • Communicate and meet with homeowners, builders, architects, ARC committees and builders, as necessary.
  • Educate and consult designers and homeowners on architectural guideline requirements, as necessary.
  • Conduct pre-design site meetings, as necessary.
  • Inspect residential and commercial properties as required to ensure compliance and adherence to approved plans.
  • Respond to customer questions and correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with Community Association Managers, ARC Committees, and Board Members.
