CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners’ association accounting and property management software system. The organization develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day to day activities of Homeowners Associations. It’s the largest SaaS player in its space and is growing rapidly.

In Fall 2019, CINC received significant investment from Spectrum Equity, a well-respected growth equity fund that has invested in the likes of Ancestry.com, SurveyMonkey, Origami Risk, Grubhub, Lynda.com and GoodRX.

Following that investment, CINC has bolstered its executive team and made significant hires across the company.

CINC is currently seeking an Application Systems Analyst to join our team at our Duluth area office. Individual would be responsible for: applications support, analysis and troubleshooting client issues, and coordinating with developers and customer support to determine the priority of projects to be completed. This individual will conduct troubleshooting, utilize database scripting functions for web applications, online forms, directories, online reports and other store and retrieve applications. This individual will be required to recreate reported problems and bugs in the web-based applications, identify problem source, and work with the development department to resolve the issue, and communicate resolution to customer support team for communication to the customer.

Ideal candidates would have 2-4 years of prior technical software support experience, including database queries and troubleshooting.
