Site Technician- Greens at Schumaker Pond

Location: Salisbury, MD

Schedule: PART-TIME Monday–Friday, 8am - 12pm

Compensation: $18/hour

Greens at Schumaker Pond is looking for a qualified PART TIME Site Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required!

As a Site Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all areas, including vacant units at turns, moveouts and move ins, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Essential Functions

• Assists maintenance crew with electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, light fixtures, and ballasts
• Assists maintenance crew with plumbing work such as cleaning stoppages and replacing fittings
• Performs minor carpentry work such as re-screening screens, drywall repairs, and molding work
• Replaces broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, and locks
• Paints apartments and common areas; hang, prep and sand drywall
• Assists in move-in and move-out procedures
• Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in maintenance shop
• Assists in outdoor grounds work, including grounds policing and snow removal
• Performs other duties as assigned
