WPM is in search of a qualified laborer to join our service team at our luxury ICON Residences at the Rotunda. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to complete maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

As a Maintenance Technician, some of your responsibilities will include:

• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
• Hanging, prepping, and sanding drywall
• Electrical repairs
• Upkeep and repair of appliances
• Plumbing work
• Painting common areas and apartments
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds
• Assisting with snow removal
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage for emergencies

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required
• Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
• Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures and equipment
• Required to work on ladders to a height up to 85’

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in site maintenance required
