Apartment Maintenance Technician - ICON Residence at The Rotunda

ICON Residence at The Rotunda, located in the Hampden area, is in need of a qualified worker to join our service team. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. At WPM your job as a Service Technician is to respond to maintenance repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in for new residents.
