Administrator – HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

HOAMCO is seeking a full-time Administrator for our office in Prescott, AZ. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional candidate.

This position with benefits available after 60 days including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and more!

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills; organized and professional.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to function well in a team environment and manage work responsibilities independently.
  • Proficiently able to navigate Microsoft Office products.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with community Board of Directors.
  • Create and prepare Board of Directors Packets, Agendas, and Management reports.
  • Professionally communicate both written and verbally.
  • Facilitate upkeep of residential files, records, and legal documents.
  • Efficiently manage, organize, and upload documents.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our Architectural Department.
