Job Description
Taylor Management, a reputable real estate company providing residential management services to condominium and homeowner associations throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania for over 25 years, is seeking a skilled Administrator to join its team. As a leading provider of management services, Taylor Management Company is accredited by the Community Association Institute and the Institute of Real Estate Management, which recognizes the highest level of ethics and professional management services. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support and outstanding customer service to homeowners, respond to customer inquiries, process invoices and homeowner requests, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to homeowners and management staff
- Develop and maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Answer telephones and respond to homeowner inquiries with accurate and timely information
- Process and track homeowner requests
- Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming and professional environment
- Process and track invoices, payments, and other financial records
- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth operations and high-level customer service
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and filing systems
