Role: Account Maintenance Representative

What Skills Do We Require of our Account Maintenance Representative?

 

  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Responsible for maintaining and administering past due billing programs, which includes auditing and verifying account transaction history, and maintaining mailing addresses.
  • Reviewing billing statements and following specific escalation schedules to ensure compliance with appropriate billing policies.
  • Large amounts of data input and verification are required to ensure accurate account information is maintained.

 

What will the Expectations of this Role be?

 

  • This position requires strong attention to detail and analytical/auditing skills.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, solve problems, work independently while adhering to strict deadlines, and work at a fast pace for a long period of time while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must also be detail oriented, take pride in producing great work, possess a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Must have accurate alpha numeric data entry skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word
  • Must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners and vendors over the phone while communicating in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Must have clear and concise written communication.
  • Must have an understanding of account reconciliation.

  • This is an hourly position and pay rate is $20.00 per hour Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
