Job Description

Associa is hiring a Part Time Administrative Assistant in their corporate office in Chantilly, VA.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.

Pay rate: $14-$15 an hour.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Receive and sort mail.
  • Open and review mail.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Upload documents.
  • Data entry.
  • Manage and respond to emails.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and the ability to multi task.
  • On time, punctual, reliable, and dependable.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Professional communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
