Under direction of Evergreen Lifestyles Management Leadership, the CAM Operations Administrator is responsible for the daily support of operations within the Community Management Department to assist in the proactive and efficient functions of services provided to clients.

 

The CAM Operations Administrator serves as an integral part of the operations team for community management. The position requires the ability to multi-task on a variety of levels by representing the company’s mission and values with utmost professionalism. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that the needs or desires of the company are being addressed effectively for the betterment of the communities managed. Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills by responding to owner inquiries on account information, portal/website access, or other community specific inquiries with a reasonable amount of time (typically 24-48 hours during the business week). Communicates with operational leadership to keep them in the know of the onboarding progression.

 

Client Success Administrative Functions

 

  • Contacting Vendors during onboard to alert of management change
  • Finalization of Welcome Letter for distribution to owners in new communities managed
  • Initial AABT form submittal into Vantaca after initial review of budget and documents
  • Pulling Enforcement and Collection Details for Vantaca
  • Updating/Creation of HOA forms as applicable including but not limited to ARC forms
  • Assistance with Website Updates & Email Communication during the initial 90 days of client onboarding

 

CAM Support Functions

 

  • Maintaining Portfolio Assignment Spreadsheet for monthly revenue review with VP
  • Proofing of community emails from Managers weekly based on those assigned
  • Updates templates for Violations, ARC, and New Owner Welcome in Vantaca upon request from Managers
  • Assist with info center question updates in Vantaca that are global based
  • Supports process for ensuring Board / Committees are updated in Vantaca
  • Monitors Community Websites for global updates based on manager changes, policy/procedure changes, etc.Data entry projects, as assigned, including but not limited to Homeowner Paperwork and Updates and Check entry.
  • Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
  • May be assigned other duties by Vice President of CAM Operations.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

 

Pay and Benefits

 

$18.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience.
