The Insurance Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting CiraConnect's insurance clients by issuing Certificates of Insurance and responding to insurance inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include
- Maintain insurance policy information
- Monitor new/renewal policies and certificates
- Request missing documents
- Input insurance information into proprietary database
- Monitor and respond to e-mails
- Certificates of Insurance – Issue/request
- New/renewal policies
- Individual owner requests
- Lender specific requirements
- Request loss runs, ensure their receipt
- Miscellaneous
- Other projects, responsibilities that may be assigned by manager

- The ability to work independently. Because this is a growing business, you need to be comfortable working alone or independently at times. Applicants must have great data entry skills and previous expereince.
This position requires someone who loves to stay constantly busy.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service, deadlines and accomplishing tasks on a deadline.
- P&C insurance experience a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent data entry skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required
Pay and Benefits
$16 to $17, depending on education and experience.
