CiraConnect Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency specializing in commercial property & casualty insurance for community associations. The Insurance Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting CiraConnect's insurance clients by issuing Certificates of Insurance and responding to insurance inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include

 

  • Maintain insurance policy information
    • Monitor new/renewal policies and certificates
    • Request missing documents
    • Input insurance information into proprietary database
  • Monitor and respond to e-mails
  • Certificates of Insurance – Issue/request
    • New/renewal policies
    • Individual owner requests
    • Lender specific requirements
  • Request loss runs, ensure their receipt
  • Miscellaneous
    • Other projects, responsibilities that may be assigned by manager

Applicants must have great data entry skills and previous expereince.

 

This position requires someone who loves to stay constantly busy.

 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service, deadlines and accomplishing tasks on a deadline.
  • P&C insurance experience a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required

 

Pay and Benefits

 

$16 to $17, depending on education and experience.
