ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - HOAMCO (Sedona, AZ)
HOAMCO has an opening for a strong and seasoned Administrative Assistant for our offices in Sedona, AZ. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented employee who will thrive with prioritizing daily duties, express excellent customer service and has over-the-top communication skills both verbal and written.
This is a full-time position with medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, PTO, 401K and more!

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional Admin experience (Executive level preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine
- Strong sense of and high standard for customer service
- Amazing communication skills; both verbal and written
- Seasoned in computer skills
- Ability to work in an executive-level environment
Job Responsibilities
- Administration tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues
- Microsoft Word based programs, Word, Excel and using Outlook to complete various admin projects
- Answering phones while multi-tasking with projects
- Excellent customer service providing assistance to both Homeowners and Board of Directors
- Creative eye for polished written communications
