ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

 

HOAMCO is seeking an Administrative Assistant due to company growth in our Prescott, AZ Offices. We are looking for a detail oriented, able to prioritize daily duties, customer services skills, a great attitude and able to be part of our team! This is a Full-Time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay, PTO, 401K, Bonus Days and more available after 60 days of active employment. Apply today!

 

Qualifications

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional Admin experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions
  • Strong sense of and high standard for customer service
  • Amazing communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to learn computer program to process large scale mailers for our managers and communities
  • Attention to details due to Proofreading projects - core function of this position

 

Job Duties

 

  • Administration tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues
  • Microsoft Word based programs, Word, Excel and using Outlook to complete various admin projects
  • Answering phones while multi-tasking with projects
  • Excellent customer service to both our Homeowners and Board of Directors
  • Creative eye for polished written communications
