Benefits Administrator Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee medical records
- Assist and process daily benefits inquiries, including 401K by phone and email
- Help coordinate Open Enrollment by supporting the HR team with open tasks and follow-up items
- Provide outstanding customer service for escalated employee benefit inquiries related to OE
- Assist with Worker's Comp, FMLA, STD, LTD, and all other leaves as assigned
- Assist with maintaining the HRIS database pertaining to leave and benefits
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor
Benefits Administrator Requirements
- Associates degree preferred
- 1 year of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
- Strong MS Excel skills is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Able to be resourceful and have a problem-solving aptitude
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records
Pay and Benefits
$19.00 to $22.50, depending on education and experience.
