The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for generating and mailing notifications to homeowners, processing invoices and employee expense reports, taking phone calls from homeowners, handling amenity reservations, maintaining databases, and preparing and mailing annual meeting notices and packets. The Administrative Assistant also will attend Board Meetings with the Association Manager that will take place outside of standard business hours, approximately 24 annually with ample notice.

 

Because the position requires attendance at Board meetings, a current Driver's License and reliable automobile is a necessity. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all company mileage at the current government rate per mile.
