Activity’s Coordinator – Solero at Johnson Ranch (San Tan Valley, AZ)

We are looking for an Activity’s Coordinator to work in San Tan Valley, AZ. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, high energy, with a pleasant outgoing personality. The position is Full-Time and offers benefits after 60 days including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and more!

Qualifications

• Positive customer service is a key component of this position
• Able to relate to all in the community and work as part of a team
• A creative person who can implement activities upon supervisor approvals
• Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multitask
• Comfortable public speaking
• Ability to create Newsletters
• Possible weekend events; ability to work weekends
• Microsoft office proficiency; Word, Excel and Outlook programs

Job Duties

• Create, coordinate overseeing a variety of activities for all ages
• Private Rentals, plus activities both within the community and at offsite locations
• Create flyers, newsletter articles
• Track revenue generated at events; using Excel spreadsheets
• Leadership skills; professional communication, problem-solving skills and time management ability
